- 1 stalk lemongrass (finely chopped)
- 3 kaffir lime leaves (crushed with your fingers)
- 4 cloves garlic (crushed with the blade of a knife)
- 2 sweet potatoes (large, cubed)
- 2 potatoes (normal, cubed)
- 1 yellow onion (large, roughly chopped)
- 3 liters water
- 300 grams salmon (skin off)
- 4 Tbsp. miso paste (brown)
- 1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 lime zested (and juiced)
- 1 handful dried kelp (soaked in water for 15 minutes)

- 1 handful fresh coriander

- 1 stalk rhubarb
