- 1 lb. Equal (Whole Wheat Pizza Dough, I like Trader Joe's dough. You can also use your favorite gluten free dough recipe divide into 8, portions)
- sweet potatoes (leftover Mashed)
- turkey (leftover, shredded)
- 3 oz. goat cheese (crumble with your fingers)
- 3 handfuls dried Black Mission figs (chopped)
- 3 handfuls chopped nuts (Pecans, Walnuts, Almonds, etc)
- olive oil spray
- fresh herbs
- pomegranate seeds
- figs (Dried or fresh)
- dried cranberries
