- dumpling wrappers (vegan, I used square, but round is fine too)
- 1 tsp. ground flax seeds
- 5 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha
- red pepper flakes
