- 1 lemon
- 1/2 green pepper (Large, Chopped)
- 1 cup kale (Chopped)
- 1 cup cress (Water)
- 2 sweet potatoes (Large, Baked to tender at 350 degrees for about 30 min. Cooled and Chopped)
- 1 can coconut milk
- 3 carrots (Large, Chopped)
- 3 celery stalks (Chopped)
- 1/2 onion (Large, Diced)
- 1/2 knob garlic (Crushed)
- 3 tsp. fresh ginger (Grated)
- 3 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 cup honey (Organic, Local is best)
- 2 cans white beans (I used Navy Beans and Pinto Beans)
- curry powder (to taste)
- cayenne pepper (to taste)
- salt
- pepper
- diced ham (/ Greek Yogurt - Both optional for garnish)
