- 1 green chilli (seeded and finely sliced)
- 2 tsp. garam masala
- 2 tsp. ground coriander
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1 carrot (large, cut into 2cm pieces)
- 400 grams chickpeas (cans, rinsed and drained)
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 400 grams sweet potato (kumera, cut into 3cm pieces)
- 1/3 cup water
- 250 mL philadelphia (Extra Light Cream For Cooking, a cream alternative)
- 1 cup frozen peas (thawed)
- 1 cup coriander leaves
