These are terrific, I usually add dill, chives to them as well and I found a hummus called Oasis fat free that comes in roasted red pepper, black bean and lentil-it is good either mixed in or on top of this burger. Also this recipe gave me the idea of a tuna salad made with hummus, herbs, chopped onion celery etc over a baked sweet potato. Tuna and sweet potato are a match!

This recipe surprised everyone of us that ate it. The sweet potatoes in the recipe cover up the taste of the tuna so if you have someone who is sensitive to the taste of tuna this is the recipe for them.
