These were absolutely delicious!!!! Didn’t have the fresh herbs, so I used dried. I used fresh shredded parmigiana reggiano cheese! Definitely making again and again!!

Made this last night but didn’t stack them because my sweet potato 🍠 was rather big. They came out amazingly deliciously 😋 perfect. Although I had to add abit of Olive Oil to the mix cause the parmesan absorbed the butter very quickly. Definitely doing them again.

Great. Paired with roasted turkey. Used fresh thyme and dried rosemary. Good with a glass of Chardonnay.

I made these this evening. They came out fantastic. I make sweet potato 'fries' often and don't like to add sweet to my already sweet potatoes. I'm not the biggest fan of rosemary, so I used just salt, pepper, and a little cayenne with the parm (which is how I make my fries). My family really enjoyed them and my husband even said we should bring these as our dish to the next bbq we're invited.
