Great flavor! Will add this one to the regular rotation. I used 3 yams/potatoes, added a little butter and milk to them for fluffiness and taste. Lots of options for veggies—the 3 cup measurement seems right. I used minced dried onion instead of onion powder, as that was what I had on hand. Turned out excellent!
