Excellent. Added breadcrumbs and fresh parsley and fresh basil. Fried in shallow vegetable oil. The ones that were slightly thicker, that I was worried about thinking they wouldn’t cook through, were better than the very thin ones I made. They did cook through and had more substance. Can’t wait to make them again.

Great base recipe! I added some bread crumbs, fresh oregano and basil. Will definitely make them again!
