- 1 cup coconut milk (thick canned, or full-fat yogurt)
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 cup coconut butter (softened, 170 g)
- 1/4 tsp. salt (unprocessed)
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 1/2 cups sweetener (such as Just Like Sugar Table Top natural chicory root sweetener, or 1/4 cup PureLo Lo Han Sweetener by Swanson, or 1 cup raw honey, or your favorite sweetener.)
- 1 cup raw honey
- 6 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted but not hot)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup cacao powder (pure)
- 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 cup almond meal (or oatmeal flakes or chopped nuts)
- 1/4 cup dry sweetener (I prefer brown such as Just Like Sugar Brown natural chicory root sweetener, or 2 teaspoons PureLo Lo Han Sweetener by Swanson, or your favorite sweetener.)
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 tsp. salt (heaping unprocessed)
