Description
This delicious recipe is free of refined sugars as well as any oils or butter. It is also made with whole wheat flour and oats. They're super moist and have a sweet taste of cinnamon and maple. They are perfect for a fall morning with your coffee or tea.

- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 quick oats
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup sweet potato (baked and mashed)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/4 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. apple sauce (unsweetened)
- 1 dash salt
- 1 cup raisins (optional)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare mini muffin tin by lining it or greasing it.
- Combine the flours, oats, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pumpkin pie spice in a medium size mixing bowl.
- In another bowl, stir together the mashed sweet potato, eggs, milk, honey, maple syrup and apple sauce until well combined.
