- 120 grams crème fraiche (oatly)
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt (maldon)
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 225 grams flour
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 bunch cavolo nero ((about 10 leaves, chopped into 3mm strips))
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1/4 cup soya cream (or cashew cream)
- 1/4 tsp. sage (dried or fresh chopped)
- 1/4 tsp. salt (maldon)
- 1/4 cup vegan Parmesan (I use “follow your heart”)
