I grew up on gnocccs and I have found it is harder than it looks to get just the right consistency. This one really fits the bill and is one of the best I have ever tried. A perfect balance of sweet and savory, perfect texture and the color is makes these a real standout. Of course sage infused brown butter is one of my favorite things in the world. This is definitely a keeper!
