This is actually very similar to a recipe my friend made for me. I'm allergic to jalapeños, so I leave them out... and the soy chorizo from Trader Joe's is quite spicy enough without them.
The "crema" was too much work, so we stick to slices of avocado and it's better that way.
My friend puts it on top of sautéed slices of polenta, and it makes it feel more like a rounded meal.
