Added the ground beef, and slow cooked on high for 6 hours. House smelled amazing, and the meal was delicious. Made some biscuits on the side with it (would probably be better with cornbread, in hindsight.) Recommended.

Could use more spice. It wasn't bad, but it's not my favorite recipe. My kids did not enjoy it.

Delicious! Well seasoned and filling. Made this for my bf who likes heat and my mom who doesn’t like heat, both loved it. If you like it spicy, jalapeño or other peppers make great additions.

This is a great base recipe, I added green pepper and a can or so of rotel fire roasted. You can adjust ingredients or add your personal chili favorites.

Perfect for a snowy day!
I added some quinoa and zucchini and subbed organic chili beans as that’s what I had on hand. Served with the suggested cilantro, avocado, lime, sour cream, shredded cheese and corn chips (jalapeño flavored!). So delish!

Too sweet for my husband, I thought it was good the first day. The leftovers were terrible!!! The sweetness increased big time and had to throw it all out, just too sweet for any of us to eat. Will not make again.

Took this to a potluck and it got rave reviews. I used chipotle seasoning and roasted garlic instead of fresh. Very tasty.
