I substituted pumpkin for the sweet potato but it was still really delicious. Love how it is simple but tasty.

So good! I added more spices than called for and more sweet potato. It's delicious. I've had it every day for a week and still mot sick of it. Make some naan to go with it! For some reason its only allowing four stars, but should be 5!
