    I accidentally grabbed white sweet potatoes at the store, but the dish turned out deliciously! The color was unexpected but the flavors were spot on. I'm ready to go to the store for another batch of sweet potatoes.

    For me this would work best for a dessert... Too sweet for me, it didnt pair well with any main course

    3/4 pecans and 1/4 marshmallow, left 1/4 without topping until cooked and then added the marshmallow and put it back in the oven on broil for 1 minute. Tastes sooooo good!!

    Good need 20 charaters
    This turned out better than I imagined. I did have to add grandulated sugar because I like sweet potatoes really sweet. The pudding reminded me of my grammy’s pie filing.
