- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup AP flour
- 1 cup sweet potato (mashed orange, also sold as yams)
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1 1/4 tsp. fine salt
- 1 large egg
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 3 1/2 cups AP flour (flour, as needed to form the right texture dough, see blog post)
