Really surprised! I forgot the baking powder, used an egg replacer, carob instead of chocolate (for mental health), and rapadura sugar...STILL AMAZING :-O
(but I followed the recipe on the directions this is different)

They are really good but is it baking soda or baking powder that I’m supposed to use? The ingredients has baking soda and the cooking directions it says baking powder.

Not 100% to my liking, but certainly no hint of sweet potato taste. Too gooey with almond butter for me. I will play around with the recipe, cut down on the nut butter, add much more cocoa powder and espresso powder too to amp up the dark taste, maybe add a few tablespoons of flour to see if that dries out the brownies a bit.

Really delicious! Texture and color is exactly like a brownie, and I don't taste the sweet potato in it. It is BARELY sweet. I recommend that you should definitely add a chocolate ganache topping.
