- 1 handful coriander leaves (fresh, chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. cumin powder
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp. chilli powder
- 1 tsp. garam masala powder
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil (or ghee)
- 3/4 cup oats (coarsely ground)

It turned out delicious. The flavors of the spices blended together very well. I appreciated the different options that you provided for the binder and the starch to firm it up. I used flax seed and water as the binder and I used buckwheat flour to firm it up. Thank you.
