Used a little extra sweet potato. Negative on the glaze. Came out beautifully. This is the second time making this recipe. Excellent! Better than the normal banana bread recipe.

Added 1/4 tsp fresh ground nutmeg & used 1/2 cup self rise flour & 1/2 cup AP. Rich & delicious!.
