Turned out GREAT!! thank you soo much. I put a little more bananas so they turned out a little watery but i added a little flour and was great. Will make it again!

I made these and I loved them! I made them with choc chips but no seeds, nuts, or fruit. Cynthia S. below made them with blueberries and blackberries and they didn't like them. I have to say that I don't think I would like them with that kind of fruit either. It's too bad they didn't try different add ins. For fruit, I think apple, pear, raisins, date, figs would do well in these (cut very small!). Maybe orange zest? As Gia F. below said, they're texture is nothing like a muffin but more like Yorkshire pudding (if I'm remembering correctly from the one time I had it!). I think they are a great healthy snack.

Loved it ! It’s quick and easy to make and it doesn’t require many ingredients. I will definitely make it again.

I made them 2 times : first time only the ingredients listed, second time with add-ons : bits of apples, dried fruits, bits of chocolate , walnuts, a few of each. We really like them all , but do not expect them to be fluffy , sweet and dryish like 'real' muffins :) instead they are like moist compact cakes , but veeery easy to make and veeeery healthy ;) It is a great way to finally use my muffin trays which I bought a few years ago and used only once :)
