It was lovely We didn’t have chickpeas, so substituted tofu Also added curry powder and increased the cayenne Added a few more veggies as well Everyone loved it Will definitely cook again with the chickpeas 😊

Used ground cumin because I didn't have any seeds, and dehydrated onions. I used fresh grated ginger.
