Excellent! Turned out exactly as promised and was easy to prepare. Loved the savory addition to the meal. I used an 8x11 ceramic backing dish instead of a deep Pyrex bowl and layered 2 layers deep of slightly overlapping potatoes. The Parmesan cheese on top after removing the foil made a lovely topping.
