It was just okay. Surprisingly bland as I expected the sweet potato would add sweetness to the muffin. I didn't have figs for the topping so I sprinkled brown sugar. The muffin was very dry. If I make this again, I will add raisins and 1/4 cup of coconut milk to moisten.
