- 1 cup adzuki beans (cooked or canned)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Berbere spice (or other spice blend of choice-Cajun, garam masala etc)
- 1/2 tsp. chili flakes (or to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 4 Tbsp. flour (Wheat or Oat or any gf flour. I used 2 Tbsp wheat)
- 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs (to coat)
- cucumber (slices)
- baby spinach
- fresh dill (chopped)

Very tasty. I doubled the quantity of sweet potato and adzuki beans and obtained 8 small burgers, overall 3 servings (we had them on a plate, without the bun)
