  • 1/2 medium onion (roughly chopped, optional)
  • 1 pink lady apple (small-med, chopped)
  • 1 plantain (small-med yellow-brown to brown soft)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. canela
  • 2 eggs (optional)
