- 10 chestnut mushrooms (thinly sliced)
- 1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 cabbage (x spring greens)
- 3 whole wheat egg noodles (nests, cooked)
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. gochujang (paste)
- 1 tsp. corn starch (diluted in 1 teaspoon of water)
- 1 Tbsp. Chinese rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. fish sauce
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger (minced)
- 1/4 cup pomegranate arils
- 4 radishes (thinly sliced, I use this mandolin)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 1/4 cup crispy fried onions
