I followed the instructions and the rice wasn't fully cooked so I added more broth and cooked on low with the lid on (as one normally would with rice). I used freshly grated Parmesan then after a taste fest with two people decided that more was needed. Overall it was easy enough and the flavor was fine with some adjustments but it won't be something I make again soon
