This makes a very large batch. I’ve made this several times and it turns out well each time. It can fill a rectangle cake pan, two 9” round or 2 9x9 brownie pans. I’ve also made it in muffin tins. Make sure to really grease the pan(s). Better yet, line with parchment paper (cupcake liners for muffins). I also feel the original recipe needs a touch more salt (my taste) and therefore use salted butter. Also adjust and monitor time in the oven. Muffins take less time (25-30min?).
It turns out well when halved as well (still plenty for one dinner for my family of 6).
