- 4 whole corn cobs (Sweet, husked)
- 4 whole gold potatoes (Medium, peeled and diced)
- 6 slices bacon (I used deli thick cut smoked and peppered bacon)
- 1 lb. shrimp (Large Raw, peeled and deveined)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 whole sweet onion (diced)
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (or a pinch for less heat)
- 3 cloves garlic (grated or minced)
- 1 cup wheat beer (Light)
- 3 cups chicken stock (or Vegetable Stock)
- salt and ground black pepper (Kosher, to season)
- 2 Tbsp. parsley (chopped)
