Sweet Corn, Kielbasa and Potato Soup is for the coldest of nights! This hearty and comforting, gluten-free soup recipe is filled with savory kielbasa, creamy potatoes, and snappy sweet corn.

- 4 slices bacon (chopped)
- 7 oz. kielbasa (chopped)
- 1/2 cup carrots (thinly sliced)
- 1 rib celery (thinly sliced)
- 1 shallot (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (pressed or minced)
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups milk (divided, I used unsweetened almond milk, recommend 2% or higher if using cow’s milk)
- 3 Tbsp. gluten free flour
- 1 1/2 cups baby Yukon gold potatoes (diced)
- 1 cup sweet corn (fresh or frozen)
- seasoned salt
- pepper
- green onions (chopped, for garnish, optional)
