- 1 cup shredded zucchini (squeezed of excess moisture with a paper towel, from 1 medium zucchini)

- 3 Tbsp. butter (melted and cooled, can also use coconut oil)
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or regular milk)
- 1 jalapeno (seeded diced)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1/2 cup sweet corn (optional)
- 12 slices turkey bacon (cooked)
- 6 fried eggs (can also use scrambled eggs!)
