For me, these were delish! I sub the sugar for agave and added butter, cinnamon, salt/pepper and cooked in chicken stock. I love how easy this was to make, thank you!

as someone that doesn't necessarily care for cooked carrots... these were amazing. no leftovers even after i doubled the recipe. My kids devoured them.
