- 6 garlic cloves (chopped finely)

- 1 Tbsp. chili paste (Soak 3 dried red chilies in water for half an hour and grind into a fine paste)

- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. cornflour
- 1/2 cup water
