These sweet and spicy roasted Brussels sprouts are positively addictive. The recipe is a Yummly original created by Sara Mellas.

- 1 bag Brussels sprouts (1 lb. per bag)
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sweet chili sauce (for Brussels sprouts)
- 2 Tbsp. sweet chili sauce (for serving)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Trim ends from Brussels sprouts and cut in half. If sprouts are very large, cut them into quarters.

Meh, it was okay. I did use this for zucchini instead of sprouts and used sesame oil. It was just lacking in flavor unfortunately. I won't be making again.

Super easy and delicious. Next time, Pam spray the foil, as the sprouts stuck to the foil.
