- 2 sweet potatoes (medium sized, peeled & roughly diced)
- 1 red chilli (finely diced. If you like your food HOT then leave the seeds in, if your not a fan of hot than de-seed your chilli :)
- 1 onion (medium sized, peeled & roughly diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 300 mL vegetable stock
- 300 mL water (Boiled)
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 dash olive oil
