- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tsp. ground mustard
- 4 bay leaves
- 2 Tbsp. blackstrap molasses (unsulphured)
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 tsp. sweetener (Super Sweet Blend or equivalent, more or less to taste)
