Description
Pineapple rings make these chops extra pretty. Watch that chops are not overcook. Serve with warm breadsticks and Vegetable Delight.

- 4 pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 4 pineapple rings

Directions
- Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder and pineapple juice. Place in plastic bag with pork chops. Marinate for 1 hour or overnight.
- Preheat broiler. Place oven rack in highest position. Remove pork chops from marinade and place on baking pan. Broil pork chops for 4 minutes.
- Turn chops over and place one pineapple ring on top of each. Broil 4 more minutes, until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees F.
- Remove from heat and allow to rest for 3 minutes before serving.
