- 900 grams lean ground beef (2 pounds)
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. coriander (Dried)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. spices (for Meat)
- 2 eggs
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1 1/2 cups celery (chopped)
- 1 green bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 1/2 cups cauliflower (cut into small bits)
- 3 cups water
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 cup cornflour (Cornstarch)
- 1 can pineapple (Pieces drained, 420 g - 14 oz)
- 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes (some sliced in half)
