- 2 Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise (dollops*)
- 4 slices smoked salmon
- 1 tsp. English mustard
- 1 lemon
- 1 cucumber (small)
- 1 bunch radishes
- 4 lettuce leaves

Directions
- Wash, peel and cut the cucumber into strips. Cut a few radishes lengthways.
- Mix the mayonnaise and mustard and spread over the bread.
- Take 4 slices of bread and top with the lettuce leaves.
