- 1 Tbsp. active dry yeast (I package)
- 1 pinch light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses (unsulfured)
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar (or, packed light, I used raw coconut sugar)
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 Tbsp. salt (I used Himalayan pink salt. You can use sea salt or kosher salt too.)
- 2 tsp. caraway seeds
- 1 Orange
- 1/2 cup rye flour (I used Arrowhead Mills organic rye flour)
- 1/2 cup bread flour (or unbleached all-purpose)
- melted butter (for brushing, about 1/3 tablespoon)

Great recipe I had to double almost triple my yeast, not sure why, could be my elevation but great recipe
