I added a pinch of sugar and cinnamon. The flavor was very good, but they were not fluffy at all, more thin and crispy. They still were very good but maybe add some baking soda to get the fluffy? Or an egg?

Pretty good!! My daughter made these easily in about 10 min, and I was surprised she made them from scratch! She told me that one thing she would change about this recipe is that instead of putting apples scause In it to replace the egg, she should have used a chia egg. They are very easy to make, and you can find the 2 ingredient recipe here on Yumly. The recipe made about five medium sized pancakes. They were very good with chopped up strawberries and raspberries! I would recommend this recipe!!

These are awesome! Just the right amount of everything. I don’t like a huge heavy breakfast so this was perfect. I managed to get six out of the mix. Here is a pic to show you all how mine turned out. Delish!

These were really good! I like that they were easy to make—I’m not keen on cooking. I added cinnamon to the batter, and made a cinnamon and blueberry compote to pour on top. Also, I make large pancakes, and following the recipe yielded two medium-sized pancakes. The recipe was perfect for one person, but I’d double it if you’re cooking for two people.

These turned out pretty good. I added cinnamon and tiny pieces of cut up strawberry. Remember if you are going to add anything like fruit they must be cut very small because the pancakes are quite thin. Following the recipe it came out to be 5 small pancakes about they size of your palm. Was good for two as long as it is accompanied by other food on the side. I did a few pieces of fried kielbasa on the said it was perfect amount of food.

Turned out well. I doubled the recipe, used almond milk and and 1 table spoon of gluten free flour. I also added 1 table spoon of flaxseed.

It was really delicious, I added baking powder and cinnamon and baked it with a slice of an apple. It was really good!

I liked a lot! I topped with shredded coconut and raisins and baked at 375 F until toothpick came out clean.

It was good, I didn’t use oat flour or apple sauce, I substituted for gluten free flour and banana and it turned out too thin of a pancake. Egg like texture, good for one person! But next time will use oat flour and apple sauce:) it will be a 5 star.

These pancakes were pretty good but definitely interesting. I would agree with the author's description of them being "eggy" in texture. They definitely aren't "light and fluffy" like the title suggests, but I liked them nevertheless.
