Fabulous! Very simple to make, yet one of those things that always seem “special”. Dust with powdered sugar, top with butter, maple syrup, preserves, diced pecans - almost anything works.

Thank you for this recipe. I made gluten free with tapioca starch and a little less liquid, turned out so good, my new pancake go to. Served with vanilla ice cream and maple syrup

I like this recipe very much, and so does the the family. Very easy to make. This mix is a good base for any topping. I just used strawberry preserve heated in a pan on low with frozen strawberries. Onced warmed I put the strawberries in the middle, rolled the pancake and placed more strawberries with the preserve mix on top and powered sugar. This is my family's new favorite 👍

Yummy, the pancakes are gooood! I’m definitly making it again. And it was also really easy!

Too thin had to add more flour. Also added a little bit of cinnamon and vanilla for added flavor without adding more sugar. Served with blueberry and raspberry goo. Heated up raspberries and blueberry until they turned in goo put on top of pancakes as a healthier alternative to syrup.
