One of my go-to cookie recipes! I have made this quite a few times, and they are wonderful. [I’ve also tried a gluten free variation with coconut flour instead of regular flour. Next time if I go that route, I’ll try to combine it with another flour alternative as they were a bit too dry for my taste with only coconut flour.]
