Make this often! Quick, no fuss, easy clean up, and delicious. Making it with Honeycrisp and coconut sugar this time.

This was so delicious! I have to say I prefer it to regular pie because sometimes a pie crust is dry and in this case everything has the taste of apple mixed in. It is also super easy which I love - you can't really mess this up!
