Easy to follow and prepare. I made a batch of sushi rice for dinner and use this to prepare the Sushi bowl. I made tofu for myself and sauteed some chicken breast strips for my partner. The citrus sauce is divine but i left out the vinegar as i already included this in the sushi rice. Overall yummy and was easy to prepare

Well! Substituted mango juice for orange juice, celery for onion, and white wine for vinegar. More comfortable for acid reflux.
