- 250 grams sushi rice
- 400 mL boiling water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. rice wine vinegar

Directions
- Place the rice and the water in a large saucepan and cook for 20 minutes or until quite soft.
- Allow to cool, then mix in the salt, sugar and rice wine vinegar to taste. Season well.
