Description
Small flatbreads are spread with either tuna rillette or a mixture of smoked salmon, cream cheese, and herbs in this simple and delicious dish. This recipe is super easy to make and can be enjoyed at a brunch gathering or as the perfect afterschool snack. If you keep the tuna rillette and smoked salmon mixture in the refrigerator, you can easily pull this snack together even when you have little to no time.

- tuna (spread)
- 4 slices smoked salmon
- 150 grams cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. yogurt
- 6 sprigs chervil (chopped)
- 1/2 lemon zest
- 10 slices bread (Swedish)
- ground black pepper

Directions
- Prepare the tuna rillettes as instructed here and set aside in a cool place.
- Cut the smoked salmon into small strips. Mix with the cream cheese and dilute with yogurt. Add the zest, chervil, and pepper. Salt very lightly if necessary: smoked salmon is already salted.
- Spread 3 slices of Swedish bread with the rillettes made from tuna and 2 slices of bread with the rillettes made from smoked salmon.
