- 1/2 cup vegetables (salad, a mix of leaves and crunchy items e.g. cucumber, radish, peppers, etc.)
- 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds (or pumpkin seeds, or sesame seeds)
- 1 tsp. chilli flakes (optional)
